Summary of this Book...
Do I really need to say?
This type of Book is good for...
anyone who wants to read the classics to anyone who simply wants to read the greatest sea story, and novel, of all-time.
I especially liked...
each level Herman Melville wrote, from the literal to the philosophical. His breaks between the action with the descriptions of the whale are astounding and slow not the book down.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
write a novel as great as this, if possible.
This Book made me feel...
that this actually happened; the detail is that great.
The author of this Book...
is a genius, far ahead of his own time, as you can tell by the contemporary reviews in the appendixes.
I recommend this Book because...
it is great, beyond great. One of those books that need to be placed on a pedastle(?), never mocked, but, forever until time ends, read.
Further Comments...
I hate it when people dissect books as great as these until you can't read it for what it is, the greatest sea story ever said.
