Summary of this Book...
Ebeneezer Scrooge had turned into a grumpy old recluse, wanting nothing to do with Christmas, the less fortunate people, or worldly goods until one long Christmas Eve night.

Mr. Scrooge met with four spectre that, in essence, were sent to change the course of his life. The first ghost was an old business partner, whose uncarring ways left him wandering the world as a spirit. He warned Ebeneezer of the three other visitors; the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas' Yet to Come.

Each of these spirits took Scrooge through the Christmases of his life. Each of these spectre lessened the darkness in Ebeneezer's heart. This night, these visitors, these visions changed Ebeneexer, thus changing peoples opinion of him.

Even though Ebeneezer is a fictional character written in the 1800's, this man can still be found in the hearts of men, especially around the holiday's. They may not have the great repitore of sayings as Mr. Scrooge, but a heavy heart is a heavy heart.

I especially liked...
The messages surrounding how you live your life is shown on the way the world looks upon you.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
I took another look on my life to see if I wasn't to Scroogely.
The author of this Book...
Charles Dickens' created some great characters in this book. In every "A Christmas Carol" movie I have seen, each one lacked something. This book made me realize the importance friends are, and no one is spared from the holiday cheer.
I recommend this Book because...
The book is almost always better than the movie
