"I have a song, deep in my heart, and only I can hear it ..."



This book is a collection of poetry by young peacemaker Mattie Stepanek, who is afflicted with a rare form of muscular dystrophy.



His poetry exudes a wisdom that spans far beyond his years, and the joyful tone expressed so beautifully within it are a great comfort any time life gets me down.



I hope to hear much more from Mattie in the future, and I am certain his poetry can only progress as he comes of age.
