A short Christian poem done by a teen.
I walked a forgotten path of hope,
never spoken of never told.

When a shimmer of light does appear,
not close not far but almost near.

I run to it, it fads away,
my hope is lost there is no way.

Then I turn my face to see,
Jesus standing next to me.

He points the way now lit with gold
and I bow my head with hope so bold.

At the end of the path I start to beam
there's trees,flowers,and a clear flowing stream.

And the lion lays next to the lamb on the hill,
and hope is found again and so is will.
