Throughout, Sabrina believed meeting Tatum and Jennifer seemed inevitable. Although, as Jennifer's message continued to resonate, together with the similarities to her mother, she had to know more. During which time, Tatum began preparing for the layover in Boston.

“We should stick together,”

“A sensible idea,” Sabrina replied.

On a related note, the layover seemed impeded by the imminent threat of rain, but nonetheless Tatum remained motivated to take in the sights.

“The forecast doesn't look promising,”

Hearing this, Sabrina groaned.

By now, Jennifer again occupied the aisle watching every interaction, though soon converged, seemingly determined.

“You're not leaving without saying goodbye, are you?”

“I wouldn't dream of it,” Sabrina confirmed.

Following that, Jennifer retreated with a stride that revealed what words couldn't. Though, as she took a seat, Sabrina heeded an expression she'd seen a thousand times from her mother. As an effect, she again felt homesick, and the angst to reconsider surged. However, as the plane landed, Tatum's warm southern smile eased all doubts.

“We're here,”

“Took long enough,” Sabrina joked.

Sniggering, Tatum nodded and readied to leave.

“If you're saying goodbye, now's the time,”

Before long, Sabrina and Jennifer again made eye contact. And though they'd acted cordial, there was something else between them.

“Did you get my message?” Jennifer interrogated, meandering over the headrest.

From an early age, Sabrina acted naive and innocent, but not inexperienced. This is exactly why she relied on Julia's advice, along with her own intuition.

“Where'd you hear this?” Sabrina requested, presenting the napkin.

Gradually, Jennifer ogled.

“Do you remember when I said you remind me of someone?”

Sabrina nodded.

“It's a phrase she often used,”

On the spot, thoughts raced, but Sabrina didn't behave instinctively, since there appeared to be a common ground. Even then, she wouldn't let her guard down or appear vulnerable. This being the case, Jennifer remained forceful and aimed to pursue the matter.

“Don't be nervous,” she invited, taking a hand. “I know a witch when I see one.”

Accordingly, Sabrina trembled as Jennifer caressed her left wrist. (A touch that prompted a connection to the past neither expected). For the most part, she never owned a mystical allure, but with Jennifer, it appeared unique. Leaving that aside, they drew close, driven by an intense mutual power. Though, as eyes fixed, Sabrina severed the connection.

“Can't be,” Jennifer whispered, retreating.

Straight away, Sabrina also appeared startled.

“I have to catch a plane,”

One step at a time, Jennifer straightened and composed herself.

“I hope we'll meet again,”

Surprisingly, Sabrina gazed with emotionless eyes.

“You never know,”

Not much later, Sabrina entered the terminal and found Tatum seated alone, glaring.

“What happened?”

Sitting near, Sabrina seemed nervous.

“Oh, nothing much,”

Skeptically, Tatum frowned.

“And the note?”

Staring into the distance, Sabrina moaned.

“Something to remember her by, nothing more,”

“I'm jealous,” Tatum confessed.

“Of?”

“The way you connect with people,”

“Surprising for me also,” Sabrina admitted. “Because, opposite my parents, you're the only one I've shared two minutes with.”

Eventually, Tatum and Sabrina maneuvered the terminal and boarded a flight to London. But unbeknownst to either of them, Jennifer stood watching, reminded of a void in her life. In the long term, Sabrina would be someone unique, and Jennifer knew why.
