Oh! Easter flowers, so fresh and lively
Queen of the Easter Parades,
Each year you seem so ageless
With your timely springiness

Christ has risen,
Leaving a single rose, in his place
Tulips, Iris, water lilies, daffodil, primrose
And hyacinths the flowers of the seasons
An Easter morning blessing with
Life lessons in happiness

However, if there is no resurrection
No sins are forgiven
Nature is the mirror of all the seasons
