Is this it?

         As we all know graduation is fast approaching. Just a couple of weeks to go and this is it, its graduation already. This is the time when I ask myself, am I really gonna graduate? Do I have to bid my farewell to my friends and classmates who were with me for the past four years of my college life as early as now? Is this really it, the right time?

         This has been in my mind after a lot of post in facebook reminding each and every classmate of mine about graduation. My classmate even posted a countdown to graduation day. U know, I really don’t like it when people constantly reminds us, specially me on the near end of the school year. When it’s really the end of it. The end, end. I don’t want to think about it nor do I like to be constantly reminded by it. Think about it this way. If a person is for death row, does he have to be reminded everyday that he has to die the next day? Wouldn’t he be annoyed or worst disgusted? Do you really have to remind it to him everyday? No right. I don’t consider graduation day as my last day on earth but it is the end of the college memories. No more gossips, no more hush of not doing an assignment, and no more asking everyone if they have studied or not because you want to have a company of not studying for an exam and no more waking up early for there will be a three days replacement duty if late. No more of this stuff after graduation. It will make us miss each other much!

         I just can’t imagine why one keeps on reminding us of the near end of college days. Are they excited of us parting with each other, don’t they feel sad about it? Well, I don’t really know what they have on their minds right now. But I hope that they will realize that the more they keep on reminding us about the near graduation the more it will make us feel emotional. I think that for now, we don’t have to think about it yet, but instead we have to cherish the remaining times that we will be with each other for the remaining days of our college life.
