random poem
Sunlight seeps from the window pane,
Old wood creaks on the door frame.
Silence surrounds you like a thick fog
It makes you feel lonely and lost
Sunlight dancing around with dust.
You don’t want to but you must.
You give in to your darkest mind
All the while you pretend you are fine.
Bleeding at night, smiling in the day,
You can’t wait for this all to go away.
All this pain and suffering to be done.
You just hope there will be more than one.
More than one person who wishes you had stayed.
More than one who will remember the old days.
The days when the laughs and fun was real.
When it wasn’t masked by all the hurt you feel.
Pushing through isn’t as easy as it look.
You remember all the pain it took.
All the hurt to feel alright again.
But this is now and that was then.
