Hello, yet another poem hope you enjoy. :)
What life leaves us decays in the vortex of time,
Months meandering like that of a dying pack mule,
In what glittering experiences that pass what of you will last?
That is the eternal emptiness of the soul to search out meaning where none exists.

Mythodical ape upturning rocks finds more truth under the immortal grains,
With intrusion of metallic concience the void grows ever hungry,
In absence of nature only discontent and destruction may fester,
why else are we plagued and doomed to decay from soul to skin?

When the bulb goes out the sun shall shine once more,
Why must we stand still while metal monsters steal our momentum?
Are we so dazzled by neon glamour that reason evades us?
When our minds are not our own are we truly free?

With all our power and brains we are naught but slaves,
Through the visage of the bright and shiney we prove our regressive prematurity,
If we are to move forward we must do so without the chrome crutch of our design,
If in this we succeed we shall become that which is great not the things we create.
