This is a poem about children being abused , beaten by their parents.
Their reality
I walked through the door
I couldn’t believe my eyes
The pain, the suffering
These people cause them
Yet when they see a stranger
They hide with fear
That they will be hurt once again
Hurt is all they know
Scared, and Worried
That when the sun goes down
Pain will become again
A reality
