this poem deals with the issue of how the world we live in is falling apart.
A Beautiful World

the sun shines through the clouds
flowers awaken to sounds of birds singing
the water in the stream flows with no care in the world
one by one they gather down by the banks of the river
like an orchard their fruits sweeten the worlds bitter taste

walking on the streets of glass
breaking and falling apart beneath our feet
struggling to stay on top, growing fast with no fear in sight
leaving fallen behind
rain coming down slowing down time
a moment to look back to where we came from

tears rolling down, one by one they gather by the banks of the river.
