Better to stay silent
Its odd
How our words mean nothing
Just sounds nothing more
What are they but sad promises
Dying on our lips?
Lies that hurt us
The truth hurting more
We are alone, separate and unending
So a silence brings mixed emotions
Grief and sorrow for no words are exchanged
But at the same time a sweet sighing relief
