A day in the life of an office worker.
Walk through the door and feel the weight come down. Another day another dollar as my Dad would say. Sit down at the desk and turn on the death machine AKA computer. This whole room seems to suck life out of me like a succubus. Hungry and drooling awaiting the opportunity to suck every inch of life from my body. I fight but now only half heartedly. Some days I want to let it take me away. How did I get here? It was more money, but as everyone knows money cannot buy happiness.
The hours drag on and I become weaker and weaker. Surf the web to keep my sanity. My mind is slowling dying. Like the candle that has burnt itself out. I search and seach for something new but nothing has come my way. Oh, well. I am thankful that I have a job to come to. The bell rings and I walk out the door feeling the weight lift unil tomorrow. .
