A sad poem about child abuse.
Quiet tears,
Listening ears.
Many falls,
Just a fly on the wall.

Heart of a soldier,
Heart of a queen.
Heart of everything in between.

Long nights,
Violent fights.
Purple bruises,
And she loses.

Heart of a soldier,
Heart of a lion.
Heart of everyone who is crying.

One missing day,
Everyone on their own way.
No one pays attention
To the little girl no one mentioned.

Now she is no more,
All her doors closed.

Heart of a soldier,
Heart of all that's true.
Now, that heart will no longer be with you.
