Life constant grind...
The waves i watch
crash and pound
decay and destruction
without a sound

They destroy and
take away
my happy thoughts
leaving the rest astray

To nibble and bite
the rest of my mind
until only pain
is left to find

These waves i watch
churn the ocean floor
how they keep going
im still unsure

Now i look back and see
the dry dry ground
comapred to the happiness
i have now found
