A mother to her child.
It takes the first step to begin a journey.
The first brick starts the wall.
An artist's first brush stroke starts the masterpiece.
The first word starts the story.
It takes the first seed to start the garden.
And the first beat to begin the song.
The first tear starts the sadness.
A woman's first child begins the family.
It's the first ingredients that start the feast.
The first failure leads to the life of success.

Everything in this world starts with the firsts.
Hiding from the beginnings harms the future.

Let me be the first to love you with everything I have.
Let me show you the future you could have.
Let me be first to dry your tears.
Let me be first to hold you within my heart.
Let me be first to appreciate your worth.
Let me be first to drive you mad.
Let me be first to push you to your limits.
Let me be first to love you as you deserve.
Let me be first to love you with all my heart.
Let me be first to love you for you.
Let me be first...my child.
