i was inspired for this poem by reading Fahrenheit 451
The Destroying Power of Unhappiness
it thinks not
our minds can't stop  it

it loves not
our hearts can't stop it

it saves none
our mercy doesn't stop it

it sees no higher power
our eyes can't stop it

it hears no pleads for help
our ears can't stop it

it is the destroying power of unhapppines
it is like fire
it cannot be controlled
