This poem I feel speaks a lot of truth
I know there is nothing you can say or do
Except to have the kind patience to hear me through
You are in the camp of the comfortable which is plain to see
So frustrating you know nothing of its elusive key
The introvert I have played forever it seems
I exist as myself only in my short inadequate dreams
You can never understand unless you are in the same steady boat
That’s why you are so quiet so meager so lacking of notes
Really I no longer give a dam to care
Life and its lottery is not especially fair
I am alive which is the true key
As long as I am alive there is a lot of hope for me
