A poem w/ adam and eve, but not really all that religious

Hark, yes, the dawn of Eve,
she who listened as the Earth first breathed.
She sighed and put her ear to the ground,
Mother Earth's heart gently did pound.

Dew rested upon her fair-head,
as she rose from the grass,
that of her home, and that her bed.

Staring into an open sky,
with clouds through which the heavens did tie.
When slowly she turned, she did see there-
most loving Adam carressing her hair.

Through the newly laid planes they sauntered,
Slowly making their way,
Their existance left that unpondered,
To be settled yet another day.

Cares of only food and each other,
To love each creature as it were a brother.
Strewn out through the sands of time
hand in hand they walked the line.
