This is Savannah from Conisha: The Ruby Prophecy, still the leader in my poll. lol.
This is how Princess Savannah looks in my mind's eye. She is an international treasure with a blood line to every race in existence at the time of her birth. Her family used genetic engineering down through the years and she is the final product. People outside the country of Conisha only hope that she is not dead, as the king would have them believe. She is made to be a slave by him. Savannah must fulfill the prophecy set forth by her great ancestor, Conisha, before she can take her rightful position in leadership of the once great superpower.
