The Pedestal   [E]
This is a poem about the moon being constantly overlooked compared to the sun.

It is indeed an emotional poem. The narrator is in acute frustration. A completely hopeless circumstance in the surroundings of the teller. What can a human do now?
When that person is too young, can not understand the correct path. Now she could differentiate between right and wrong. But age does not permit it to do so. It extracts her maximum energy level. So, the narrator spends time foolishly without doing meaningful work. It is truly a very painful situation for a person. She is now on a real pedestal form. There is no way to get rid of the circumstances.
The helplessness is such pathetic. The poet superbly draws the scenes to explain the helplessness. We become sad.
It is a brilliant beginning. Go ahead.
