This is my opinion of your poem and if you find it helpful I have accomplished a goal. Remember this is your write and I am only giving you my opinion

Rhythm:This is a bit choppy due I believe to the length of the lines.

Rhyme: is good
Imagery: The imagery is good in this tale of struggle for the lotus,

Impact:This is where the struggle of survival ends as the lotus perseveres.

Overall opinion: I liked the story that this short poem told. Your chosen words are good.
