It is a good Flash Fiction. There is no doubt about it. The story begins and goes towards the end at a smooth pace.
The end is meaningful. Josh realizes that the job is too essential in our lives, but it is not everything. The little blisses should not be neglected. If you ignore those joyful moments, your life will be charmless.
Due to the pace, the story also gains fantastic readability.
