If we observe the subjects of the poet's poem, we can easily understand that poet analyzes every incident very minutely and try to go to the root of our lives. So, our lifestyles are the prime issue of the poet's writings.
That free verse poem tells us of the relaxation's importance. When our bodies and minds are at complete rest, it gains the power to achieve new goals. The lost energy again regained. So, After a tough working day, rest is needed to upgrade the strength to get back to our activities once more. Thanks for sharing the poem. That gives us a great lesson. Write on!
