It is a free verse poem about how the media displays stories. They want to make some profit from those. So, the media makes the news in such a lucrative way which will create interest and increase the TRP rate. They do not bother with morality. What should an ideal media do? They should not compromise with the truth. They also must think for the betterment of our society rather than the delicious story for their business. When do the media should aware of the fact?
The poet is pointing out a dangerous social problem. Will the media rectify themselves or not? Only time will intimate us.
