The poet always likes to concentrate on those matters which we often face in daily life. That poem is not an exception from that category. The free verse poem wants to tell us what will happen if we wish to break or skip an ongoing rule.
So, what should we do now? First, keep your patience and always try to do everything by maintaining rules and regulations limit lines.
I hope you will maintain social discipline as per the poet's directions. We will soon see a healthy social environment.
