You have told a very good story in 88 well chosen words and packed a lot in these 20 lines. The rhythm is fine and in every end line we find good rhyme. I must say that I enjoyed your poem and not to forget great imagery I saw the painted picture. I personally do not like the emoticons used in this write. I am a bit old fasioned perhaps but would like to see the picture in my mind with no help. You do not need them, you are a good poet. And so am I. Written all my life and been here since 02. Lost my Blue when I left for eye surgery in 15, just so you know. Drop by my port, would like your opinion.
