It is a sad but most common features of an Alzheimers patient's life. The poet creates it from the self-heart's attraction. It is true but unfortunate that Alzheimer's patients remember self-past lives. We know losing self-identity may be the cause of severe problems. The poet draws a live image. Suppose we can see every scene in front of our eyes.
The sadness touches our hearts. We become sad a bit. It is truly a wonderful creation. Continue your brilliance forever.
