it is indeed a brilliant rhyming poem. Through this poem, the narrator does protest the ongoing happenings. Though it is a strong protest but never crosses the borderline of descent. That creates a permanent psychological effect on the peaceful reader's mind who love to protest against evil senses.
It is truly an excellent poem. Carry on the rhythm.
