If we see carefully at the second chapter, the story promotes a paranormal live's story. In the fourth chapter, we understand that all mentioned heroes departed. They were in a different world now but did the same as they did when they were alive. A few supernatural powers made them more powerful.
What does this chapter want to send the message ultimately? It is the simple but bitter truth. Change in daily habits is not an easy task. But try to change the bad habits regularly. It will be taught battle though not impossible.
