The poet draws an accurate social picture. However, it looks harsh a bit. But, it is reality. Nobody can deny the fact.
There are two different sides painted here simultaneously. One side is how our boundaries become limited by the political parties. We give taxes for building the nation. Despite it, we are neglected. We accept it.
In a democracy, we elect the government through voting. So, the author reminds this fact. If any party misuse their power, they have to pay heavily. So, caution is there.
Therefore, the poem ends positively. It is indeed a beautiful poem. Carry on this outstanding performance.
