I think the first two lines mean losing a love.

Drug of gloom-does that mean dying of overdose?

I didn't get the bone made chips or the severed limb lines or most of the rest.

Since Water's is capitalized, does that mean it's a name?

The last four lines I understood perfectly and liked them very much. A very nice and hopeful ending to a deep and distressing poem.
