This is a thoughtful poem about the cost of hiding behind masks as opposed to honesty. I think many readers will relate to your words. Well done for having this featured in the poetry newsletter.

I think the pace is a little uneven, partly due to some very long lines. Reading the poem aloud might help you identify where a little editing to tighten the writing is needed.

This aside, I really enjoyed reading this.
