Shrunk and Confused

You arrive at your grandmothers for your traditional family Christmas get together, and you decide to go to the restroom because you started to feel weird. Once you took a step into the restroom you fell to your knees and passed out. A few minutes went by and you wake up on the bathroom floor only and about half an inch tall. You are scared and worried on what to do, so you decide the best bet was to start climbing the toilet to hopefully get someone's attention. As you reach the top of the toilet you start to hear foot steps that are coming towards the bathroom. Who is the person that is coming into the restroom.
