You're a man, aged somewhere between the ages of 16 and 30. Sometimes you forget little details like that.

For the last few months, you've heard the rumours in the news of secret research taking place in laboratories around the country. Real The Island of Doctor Moreau sort of stuff. Tales of weird experiments, vanished test subjects, half-human hybrids, and remarkable cures to all sorts of diseases and ailments. There's even been the suggestion that the fruits of the research are on the verge of wide release.
