A mother and her young! You don't want to get too close.
This image was taken in Custer, South Dakota, not too far from where I live. It is a herd of buffalo, but a mother and her young decided to hang out on the road for awhile and see just how long they could keep traffic tied up! They just roam freely in Custer State Park, and I just happen to have to go that way sometimes on my way home. It's ok! I always bring my camera!!!
