That's a wonderful philosophy in life! I usually don't waste much time on worry or anxiety, but I live with two people -- Rachel and Steve -- who are afflicted with lots of anxiety, and Cherie worries a lot, and so does Jimmy to some degree, so it's hard to get away from it! I wish I could slip into your mindset.
