Menopause

Welcome! Yeah..it is hot in here!I figure it's just pay back time for all the years I said,"It's cold in here!" And got the reply..."Then you should have brought a coat along!" Oh..I'm so enjoying this part now.LOL! This is the first winter my body did not feel flannel. I'm not real bad with the hot flashes as my body makes to much estrogen...but all my turtle neck sweaters went into the yard sale!
Hmmm...mood swing on demand? I'm pretty good at that. I can go from zero to one hundred pretty damn quick. I'm handling menopause pretty well now with progesterone cremes and herbs. I've stopped chasing people out of my drive way screaming like a mad woman and I quit showing people on the highway that they are still #1. Am I growing up? Maturing? Probably not...I just don't want to end up in jail.
It's been awhile since anyone posted in this forum..so I'll take it that everyone is doing o.k. with this wonderful stage of a woman's life. LOL!!
