4 months, then I moved down here to NC, and we lived together for a year and a half before we got married. I had already met his parents and family, and I had some money set aside, so if it didn't work out, I would have no problem moving back home. I'm homesick, and we're hoping someday to have a house on one of the lakes up there, but we're okay for now.
