Re: Re: Day 2 - Plot: Premise
So, as a business owner, I interview people for jobs all the time. You know how interviewers always ask for your strengths and weaknesses? I have this theory that they're the exact same traits. Some examples:

Strength: Confident
Weakness: Arrogant

Strength: Organized
Weakness: Intolerant

Strength: Gets things done
Weakness: Pushy, bossy

Strength: Empathetic, good listener
Weakness: Conflict avoidance

Etc. By the way, I don't mean to imply that every empathetic person avoids conflict, etc. I just mean that whatever your weaknesses are, they are most likely linked to your strengths, caused by the same general character traits. As an employer, I realize the value of every employee and recognize that there's no such thing as a perfect employee.

The same rationale applies to characters. I'll talk about that more on Antagonist Background Story day. *Bigsmile*

Cheers,
Michelle
