It was really great until the overwhelming amount of "I couldn't have done it without" spending thousands of dollars parts. I'm sure they really felt that way and they didn't actually mention the prices but I knew them already as I'd looked into it. The first half I think, all the mental health / self care exercises, could help everyone.
