I don't think it's ever been mentioned but it's probably enough to where there can be a small community, enough to be noticeable, but not overly large either. In my opinion the safest bet would be to say that Kristy Carlson's grandfather likely engaged in efforts to attract East Asian immigrant and Asian-American families to Saratoga Falls back in the 1970s or 80s (i.e. when real world Asian populations were growing in the US) and things continued from there.

FWIW there are some Indian-American characters on the tennis team and in the orchestra, it's just that no storylines have had any reason to include them but then there are lots of characters who, at the moment, basically exist as little more than class/group filler until someone finds a reason to use them. I'd say that the you could probably assume Indian/South Asian immigration and growth is a more recent thing for Saratoga Falls (likely urged on by Kristy's father and companies like Proteus coming into the area) again much like has happened in the real world.

Basically just assume that this sort of stuff has largely followed real world patterns, just to a much smaller degree as Saratoga Falls is either a large town or a small city depending on how you want to split hairs on that terminology. Again that's just my own opinion though.
