Well here we are. Another 2 DAY/2,000 WORD WEDNESDAY already!

This is a memorable occasion for me because exactly one year ago today it was ALSO May 22nd! What are the odds of THAT happening?

Anyway, today I'd like a plethora of frightening tales about either

A GHOST TOWN

or use the following quote somewhere in your story (courtesy of sugarglider58's prompt from November 8th, 2015):
