Sharmelle's Updated Weekly Goals from January 21-25, 2019
Writing Goals:

1. Try to write more poetry the new way.
I have been trying this week to write more poems but I have been unable to concentrate on anything I was doing this week.

Health Goals:

1. Keep taking my medications as I'm supposed too.
Accomplished
2. Keep my appointments as I need them. Amazingly, I do not have any appointments this week.

4. Write/make a list of what to talk to my doctor about this week.
5. Do my weekly Check In's every Thursday in Invincible Indigos for Challenge @ SparkPeople ~ The Biggest Loser Team.
Accomplished and unhappy that I gained weight again.

Other Life Goals:

1. I will write an update on weekly goals for this week and get next week’s ready to go on the weekend.

I spoke with one of my friends in town earlier and I am speaking to my friend from Texas right now.
3. Help Robert his with resume to find another job.

4. Work on my Zazzle Shop again (Back to Winter Images)
