So happy that you haven't had the flu yet. This year it has been bad in many states. As you noted, winter months are tough for those who suffer from OCD. Everyday I spray with lysol and us Wet Ones a lot when I go out. When I am rested, OCD is not so stressful.
I think my OCD is better; at least I hope so. It is so nice to have the group to share these concerns with and I also happy to help others. Life can be a struggle sometimes but as the old song goes, "I get by with a little help from my friends."
