I just gone done reading your introduction, Rachel. Definitely some similarities there! It's awful because, like you said, you're not going to have panic disorder without having underlying disorders. You're not going to have OCD and BPD without having generalized anxiety disorder. It's pretty much a never ending reveal of new things.
I also get severe migraines and have a new issue of grinding my teeth at night, both of which have been attributed to my mental health issues. Comorbidity everywhere.
