October Novel Prep Challenge

47 yr, recently divorced, trying to go to college, work full-time, and new boyfriend. Uncooperative boss won't help with letting her miss bus runs to go to class so she is trying to find other options to cover the classes required (online, substitute classes with professors permission) she took on a stripping job at night in a bar in another town to help pay for college. Gets hurt after show at bar, in the emergency room the discovery of a tumor, goes to dr. and its confirmed its terminal and she meets death personified as a man in the parking lot. He offers to grant her a wish but she blind sides him with she wants him to love her.
Not going with the happy ever after ending, there will be unexplained murders and occurrences as death tries to get her to retract her wish.
