October Novel Prep Challenge

Once you slay your dragon it gets easier. I had motivation for many years. I got to see my green bar turn purple on my birthday. I can see it sooner now. I don't know what will motivate me to keep going to my birthday now but, I am seeing it as an opportunity to write the entire month and not quit.

To borrow a phrase from the Over Achievers on the Nano Boards... You are now "one of us". So here is your complementary gag, cage, and the lock that only unlocks on December 1st. Shove your inner editor into the cage, gag him/her with that gag and use the lock to keep them there. Come December they can come out and yell at you all they want. But, for the month of November its the cage and the gag. Your muse has free reign to dance, sing, help you write, oh and moon your inner editor every time she gets the chance. Your inner editor will escape on December 1st and then it can run rough shod over you the rest of the year or until Camp Nano. I think I need to make some different mental locks for Camp Nano. I have yet to win it.
