Noticing Newbies

Happy New Year everyone ^-^ I hope this will be a year of celebration and progression for all.
I'm new to this site, though I've heard a lot about it in the past through friends on other writing sites. Just wanted to say meet as many people as I can and help out with whatever talents I have. I usually write Fantasy and Sci-fi novels but there are times when I creep into other genres and wing it. I don't write a lot though because I face writers block on a daily basis. I'm more reliable when it comes to creating writing concepts and plot lines and stuff of that nature. I hope I can make some writing friends here and really get past my writers block problem but in the mean time I'll be going around reading and giving feedback to other writers :D
