The 72-hour rule states that you can't exceed 72 hours between your logged assignments regardless of which assignments you've already posted. It's a technical limitation of the system, as explained in this post: "Re: The 72-Hour Rule Explained (Re: Why am I out of runni..."  

We're granting a one-time exception for people who exceed the 72-hour rule because they don't understand how the rule works, and that would apply here. However, it requires me to manually edit the timestamp of the posts bracketing the offending gap. I can't do it until you post your next logged assignment. Please post your next assignment and I will put you back in the running. Going forward, please be aware that you cannot exceed 72 hours between posts.
